Minister: Tuberculosis incidence falling in Azerbaijan

In recent years, a decrease in tuberculosis incidence has been observed in Azerbaijan, the country’s Health Minister Teymur Musayev said at the 1st Symposium of World Azerbaijani Doctors in Baku, Report informs.

According to the minister, in 2005 the incidence rate of tuberculosis was 43.7 per 100,000 people, but now this figure has dropped to 25.3.
