The Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) will continue to provide psychological assistance to our veterans who are experiencing psychological problems, as well as to members of the families of martyrs who have lost their relatives, a MES official, Khanim Sofiyeva, said at a press conference, Report informs.
She said that psychological assistance work was carried out free of charge with the joint participation of professional psychotherapists who came to Azerbaijan from Turkiye at the invitation of the MES in 2021 and psychologists of the ministry.
Sofiyeva said that as a continuation of this, more than 20 professional psychologists from Turkiye will be in Azerbaijan from September 5. She emphasized that Turkish experts, together with MES psychologists, will carry out effective rehabilitation of people who need psychological help in the cities of Baku, Ganja, Barda, Gabala, and Lankaran.
According to her, our citizens experiencing psychological problems related to the Patriotic War could register for free psychotherapeutic help through the ministry's "112" hotline.
