Doctors reveal unknown initial symptoms of heart attack

According to British doctors, sharp pains in the chest are not always signs of a heart attack, Report informs, citing Express.

The researchers stressed that a number of other symptoms often accompany heart attacks. These include hand pain, dizziness, frequent sweating, nausea, difficulty breathing, agitation, and even coughing.

The cause of the attack is a sufficient amount of blood circulating in the heart. It puts extra strain on the muscles.

As a rule, the perception of the indications in humans is limited to severe chest pain, but there are many symptoms in most cases, and all may seem insignificant at first glance.

"In some circumstances, there may be no chest pain at all, especially in women, the elderly, and people with diabetes," the British National Health Service warned.

A heart attack is noted to be a sign of coronary heart disease. It is necessary to include more fruits and vegetables in the diet and exercise to reduce the risk.
