Baku Mayor: "10 percent of Baku residents use masks"

"Some educated people think that there is no such a virus and this is a game," Baku Mayor Eldar Azizov said at a briefing of the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers.

According to him, 10 percent of residents use masks: "We must perceive that the virus has spread around the world, and the rules are to be obeyed strictly."
