Baku hosts event dedicated to combating gender-based violence

Baku is hosting the event “The 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence,” Report informs.

The event was organized by the State Committee for Family, Women and Children.

The event is attended by representatives of state institutions, non-governmental organizations and the media.

The 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence is an international campaign held annually from November 25 (The International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women) to December 10 (International Human Rights Day).
