Azerbaijani President vaccinated with booster dose

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has been injected with a booster dose against COVID-19, Report informs, citing the president’s interview with local TV channels on January 12.

"The main thing is to protect ourselves, all of us. Each of us should be vaccinated and check the amount of antibodies from time to time. I also check myself, take tests. Why was I vaccinated for the third time?! I felt that my antibody level was decreasing, and therefore, I was vaccinated with the third, booster dose. So my advice, of course, is to take care of yourself, take care of your parents. The elderly especially need protection. We need to adapt to all these new rules of behavior. Let's see now, they say that these viruses over years will lose their strength and then turn into a common flu. I hope we will see this," the president said.
