Meanwhile, 8 people recovered from the infection.
Overall, the country has reported 831,659 cases of infection, 821,300 recoveries, and 10,268 deaths. At present, 91 people are receiving treatment.
Over the past day, 502 tests were performed to identify new infections, and a total of 7,604,861 tests have been performed since the start of the pandemic.
The total number of vaccinated people reached 13,963,200.
