43.9% of respondents plan to get COVID passport - SURVEY

According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, taking into account the introduction of the COVID-19 passport in Azerbaijan from June 10, the Media Analysis Center (MAC) conducted a survey on June 16-21.

The center told Report that 50% of the 1,084 respondents were women and 50% were men.

Thus, 43.9% of respondents said they have not yet received a COVID-19 passport but will receive it, and 33.1% already have the document.
13.3% stressed they do not intend to get a COVID passport, and 9.7% are hesitant.

38.3% of respondents received a COVID-19 passport for vaccination and 6.6% for recovering from a coronavirus infection. 55.1% have not yet received a passport.

In response to a question about obtaining a COVID-19 passport, 15.7% of respondents said they downloaded the document from the e-Doctor mobile application, and 8.7% from the e-gov.az website.

16.6% received the document when they were vaccinated, and 59% did not have a COVID-19 passport.

The results of the survey showed that 11.8% of respondents presented their COVID-19 passports at work and 4.6% at the gym. 3% of participants said they used the passport when traveling and 2.3% - traveling to mosques, churches, and other religious sites.

Although 24.4% of respondents have a COVID-19 passport, they have not used it yet, and 53.9% do not have the document.
