Azerbaijan has published new statistics on coronavirus vaccination.
According to Report, 12% of the country's population has been inoculated so far.
The total number of vaccines injected in Azerbaijan so far is 2,055,986, the total number of people vaccinated in the first phase is 1,184,780 and in the second phase is 871,206.
Vaccination of the population against coronavirus, which is carried out voluntarily and at the expense of the state, has been launched in Azerbaijan since January 18. According to the decision of the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers, from July 1, at least 80% of employees in the work and service areas, which demand a COVID-19 passport or COVID-19 immunity certificate, will be required to have such a passport or certificate.
