FIA president thanks Azerbaijani side for assistance in solving his health problems

The President of the International Automobile Federation (FIA) Mohammed bin Sulayem thanked the Azerbaijani doctors and the Azerbaijan Automobile Federation (AAF) for their prompt assistance in solving the health problems he had in Baku, according to Report.

Speaking at the final meeting of the General Assembly, which took place in the Heydar Aliyev Center, Sulayem recalled that he fell in a hotel room in Baku and was unable to attend the latest FIA meetings for health reasons: "I want to express my gratitude to the team of the Azerbaijan Automobile Federation and its president Anar Alakbarov for the emergency medical care provided to me in Baku. I was immediately hospitalized and was constantly under the full control of doctors and the AFA team."

The FIA President was discharged from the hospital the night before.
