Yatskin: Interparliamentary cooperation between Russia and Azerbaijan is actively developing

Interparliamentary cooperation between Russia and Azerbaijan is actively developing, First Deputy Chairman of the Russian Federation Council Andrey Yatskin said at the 21st meeting of the Inter-Parliamentary Commission on cooperation between the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Report informs.

He noted that relations between Russia and Azerbaijan are constantly developing based on traditions of good neighborliness, mutual respect and consideration of each other's interests:

“The special status of relations between the two countries was formalized by the Declaration on ‘Allied Interaction between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation’ signed in Moscow on February 22, 2022.”
