By selling weapons, France openly supports Armenia, the President of the 75th session of the UN General Assembly, a member of the Nizami Ganjavi International Center, Volkan Bozkir, said at the panel session of the 11th Global Baku Forum on “Fixing the Fractured World” held in Baku, Report informs.
He emphasized that the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia was not resolved as a result of negotiations: "This conflict lasted for 30 years. Azerbaijan liberated its lands only through military means."
He noted that the UN's role in resolving conflicts has already diminished: "The UN has become an isolated organization. It does not think about global issues. The budget of the UN has decreased, but the budget of NATO has increased. The policy conducted by the US is prompting new wars. We must separate the countries from the power of NATO and reveal their individual powers."
Bozkir noted that nothing will be achieved with the Russia-Ukraine war, on the contrary, wars in the world will expand even more.
