Acting Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov expressed his condolences to Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov in connection with the terrorist act committed at the Azerbaijani Embassy in Iran.
Report has learned from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan that during a telephone conversation, the Uzbek minister strongly condemned the attack on the embassy, expressed condolences to the family of the deceased employee of the diplomatic mission, and the fraternal Azerbaijani people, and also expressed solidarity with Azerbaijan.
Bayramov expressed gratitude to his Uzbek counterpart and noted that the Azerbaijani side uses all possible means to bring to justice and punish the perpetrators and customers of this crime as soon as possible.
