Report informs that the congratulatory message says:

"The Embassy of the United States of America is congratulating the Azerbaijani people on Gurban Holiday. This holiday is a great time to value the importance of worship and self-sacrifice. Millions of American Muslims are celebrating this holiday with their family members by extending their helping hand to those in need. Once again we congratulate you on this wonderful holiday."
