US and Azerbaijan ink MoU

A memorandum of understanding has been signed between the USA and Azerbaijan, Report informs.

The memorandum is about the establishment of a Strategic Working Group for the purpose of preparing the Strategic Partnership Charter between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the United States of America.
