Azerbaijan provided Ukrainians with humanitarian assistance when it could, Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets, who is on a visit to Turkiye, said in an exclusive statement to the Ankara bureau of Report.
He thanked Azerbaijan for humanitarian assistance to Ukraine: “My Azerbaijani counterpart Sabina Aliyeva also played an important role in this matter. Aliyeva and I have excellent relations. I would like to take this opportunity to thank my counterpart for her support.”
