Ambassador of Ukraine to Azerbaijan Vladislav Kanevsky has congratulated Azerbaijan on the 30th anniversary of the Restoration of Independence, Report informs.

"Cordial congratulations to friendly Azerbaijan on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the restoration of state independence. We wish you peace, accord, and welfare!"
