UK PM’s trade envoy to visit Azerbaijan

Baroness Emma Nicholson, UK Prime Minister’s Trade Envoy to Azerbaijan, Iraq, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan, will visit Azerbaijan at the end of May, British Ambassador to Azerbaijan Fergus Auld said in an interview with Report.

According to the ambassador, the baroness will arrive in Baku to participate in the Baku Energy Week.

Baku Energy Week will be held in the capital of Azerbaijan from May 31 to June 3. The 28th International Caspian Oil & Gas Exhibition, 11th Caspian International Power and Green Energy Exhibition and the 28th Baku Energy Forum will be held as part of the Baku Energy Week.

As many as 164 companies from Azerbaijan, Belarus, the UK, Germany, Georgia, Spain, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Canada, China, Kuwait, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, the UAE, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, the US, Thailand, Türkiye, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Finland, France, Switzerland and Japan have confirmed their participation in the events as part of the Baku Energy Week.
