Uganda inaugurates first center based on concept of ASAN service

The first center based on the ASAN service concept was opened in Uganda, Report informs, citing the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The opening of the State Services Center, which will operate on the basis of the ASAN service model, took place in the city of Hoima, Republic of Uganda.

Chairman of Azerbaijan's State Agency Ulvi Mehdiyev, the Minister of Public Services of Uganda Wilson Muruli Mukasa, and other guests attended the ceremony.

At the event where the flags of Azerbaijan and Uganda were raised, national anthems of both countries were sounded.

The Ugandan minister thanked the President of Azerbaijan and the State Agency for their support in establishing the service centers in his country. At the same time, he noted that the new service center, which will operate based on the ASAN service model, will be an example for other African countries.

Mehdiyev congratulated Uganda on this remarkable event and got acquainted with the services to be provided in the center.

Over 14 state structures will offer more than 30 services there.
