Turkish, Russian FMs discuss negotiations between Moscow, Kyiv

Türkiye's foreign minister Hakan Fidan had a telephone conversation with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov, Report informs via A Haber.

During the conversation, the latest situation regarding the negotiations between Russia and Ukraine was discussed.
