Turkish Defense Ministry made a Twitter post about the 19th anniversary of the death of Heydar Aliyev, the national leader of the Azerbaijani people, Report informs.
"We commemorate the dear memory of Heydar Aliyev, the national leader of Azerbaijan, who conveyed our brotherhood to the whole world by saying 'We are one nation, two states', on the 19th anniversary of his death," the ministry tweeted.
