Turkish MFA congratulates Azerbaijan

The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) congratulated the state and people of Azerbaijan on October 18 - Day of Restoration of Independence, Report informs.

"Friends and brothers, we heartily congratulate you on the Day of Restoration of Independence of Azerbaijan," MFA tweeted.
