The EU stands ready to support the process of achieving peace, security and progress in the region, EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Toivo Klaar said on February 21 at a meeting with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, Report informs.
He noted that as part of the visit to Azerbaijan, a meeting is planned with representatives of the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) and the possibility of increasing assistance in the demining process is being considered.
