Talks between foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia kick off in Istanbul

The talks between the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia, Jeyhun Bayramov and Ararat Mirzoyan, are taking place in Istanbul.

Report informs, citing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, that the negotiations are being held within the framework of the ministerial meeting of the 3+3 regional consultative platform.
