Negotiations between Azerbaijan and Armenia are very important for maintaining peace and stability in the region, Susan Elliott, president and CEO of the National Committee on American Foreign Policy (NCAFP), said at the international event “Reconstruction, Reconciliation and Integration: Energy, Economy, Environment and Equity” in Azerbaijan’s Shusha, Report informs.
She noted that harmony and integration are two important items on today’s agenda.
Elliott also noted the active work of the Azerbaijani government to restore the liberated territories.
Even in the US, such complex changes are not happening so quickly, she added. Since 2020, Azerbaijan has completed many infrastructure projects, and this is necessary to restore the economy and return people there, she said.
