Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky plans to pay an official visit to Azerbaijan in the next two days and sign a number of documents, the Office of the Ukrainian President said.
"President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky plans to pay an official visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan on December 16-17. A number of bilateral documents aimed at deepening cooperation between Ukraine and Azerbaijan in priority areas are planned to be signed," the office said in a statement.
During the visit Zelensky is to meet with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and Prime Minister Ali Asadov.
The Presidents of Ukraine and Azerbaijan will attend the Ukraine-Azerbaijan business forum.
Also in Baku, Zelensky will meet with representatives of the Ukrainian community of Azerbaijan.
