Serbia reaffirms unwavering support for Azerbaijan's territorial integrity

Serbia will continue to support Azerbaijan's territorial integrity and sovereignty, Serbian Foreign Minister Marko Djuric told a joint press conference with his Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov in Baku, Report informs.

"Our mutual support is not only a testament to our excellent relations but also demonstrates our adherence to international law," emphasized Djuric.

The Serbian foreign minister shed light on the challenges faced by his nation, revealing that 15% of Serbia's population was forced to leave their homes last year due to tensions related to the Kosovo issue. He underscored Belgrade's efforts to foster a secure environment in the Balkan region while simultaneously pursuing policies of economic growth and peaceful coexistence with neighbors.

Expressing heartfelt gratitude, Djuric stated: "We sincerely thank you for your unwavering support in international organizations."
