Russia's Foreign Ministry has called for resumption of talks on normalizing relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova told a weekly briefing, according to Report's Russian bureau.
Zakharova noted that there is no alternative to the peace process and called on Baku and Yerevan to negotiate "on all tracks", including unblocking transport communications, delimitation of borders, etc.
