Russia welcomes the statements of Azerbaijan on ensuring the rights, security, and economic well-being of Armenians who want to return to Karabakh, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told a briefing, Report informs.
"I think this is a very correct signal. Moscow, including the Russian peacekeeping contingent, will help this process in every possible way, which is of fundamental importance for the reconciliation between Baku and Yerevan," Zakharova noted.
