Putin: Moscow ready to arrange Baku-Yerevan talks at level of foreign ministers

Moscow is ready to arrange talks between Baku and Yerevan, first at the level of the Foreign Ministers of the two states, for the further work on a peace plan, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.

Report informs via Russian media that Putin was speaking at the Summit of the CIS heads of state in a narrow format.
