Russian President Vladimir Putin has awarded the former Azerbaijani Ambassador to the Russian Federation Polad Bulbul oglu the Order of Alexander Nevsky for his services in strengthening cooperation between Russia and Azerbaijan, Report informs referring to Russian media.
