President: Security of Armenian population of Karabakh to be ensured under Azerbaijan's Constitution

The rights and security of the Armenian population of Karabakh will be ensured in accordance with the Constitution of Azerbaijan, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said at the meeting of the CIS Heads of State Council in Astana on October 14, Report informs.
