Georgian President, Mikheil Kavelashvili, has met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament, Sahiba Gafarova, Report informs.
“As part of my official visit to Baku, together with the Georgian delegation, I held a meeting with the Chairperson of the Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan, Ms. Sahiba Gafarova.
We discussed the historically strong friendship between our two countries and the key directions of the Georgia-Azerbaijan strategic partnership.
During the meeting, we emphasized the fruitful cooperation between the parliaments of our two countries and discussed prospects for further deepening this partnership,” Kavelashvili wrote on X.
