Portuguese chargé d'affaires in Azerbaijan, Mr. Jorge Fonseca is completing his diplomatic mission.
According to Report, he is to leave Azerbaijan on July 31.
Fonseca led the diplomatic mission of Portugal in Baku from 2017.
