With complete liberation of sovereign territory of Azerbaijan from Armenian terrorist groups, the economic future of Europe is more predictable and the people of southern Caucasus will lead better lives, he noted.
"The government of Azerbaijan has shown high levels of diplomatic skills during these difficult times and the EU Council is aware of the past mistakes it has committed in the past. The Republic of Azerbaijan has demonstrated to the world an impeccable performance of its Armed Forces and a stellar engagement of its Foreign Policy leadership; these qualities have pressured EU Council to embrace a more active role in the Caucasus Region."
