Philippine traveler Djosa Mae Richards, visiting Shusha for the first time, expressed deep admiration for the scale and speed of restoration of the liberated territories of Azerbaijan.
In a statement to Report, the traveller said Azerbaijan has done tremendous work in this regard.
"Four years ago there was almost nothing here, and today I see a very beautiful, modern and well-maintained city before me. It's really impressive," Richards said.
Djosa Mae Richards also emphasized the friendliness of local residents and expressed hope for the further development of the region.
