Moscow is in contact with both sides to regulate relations between Baku and Yerevan, and a peace agreement is currently being prepared, said the Secretary of the Security Council of Russia, Nikolai Patrushev, Report informs.
According to him, consistent efforts have been made for the normalization of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations.
