Agenda of PACE autumn session unveiled

The agenda for the autumn session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) has been announced, Report informs citing the organization’s press service.

The session will be held from September 30 till October 4.

This year the session is dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Council of Europe and will be held in the presence of the former Presidents of the Assembly.

On October 1, French President Emmanuel Macron will deliver a speech and answer questions from PACE deputies.

The session participants will discuss issues of the Crimean Tatars, climate refugees and labor migration in Eastern Europe.

The agenda also includes a discussion of the report on the functioning of democratic institutions in Moldova, a post-monitoring dialogue with Northern Macedonia.
