OTS Secretary General: Karabakh is land of Azerbaijan and part of Turkic world

Karabakh is a part of the Turkic world, the Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) Kubanychbek Omuraliev said while expressing his opinion on the anti-terrorist measures carried out by the Azerbaijani Army in Karabakh on September 19, Report informs.

"Karabakh, of course, is a part of Azerbaijan. Karabakh should be completely under the sovereignty of Azerbaijan," he added.
