Democracy is developing in Azerbaijan, Omer Kocaman, the OTS Deputy Secretary-General, told journalists speaking about the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan, Report informs.
He said that the parliamentary elections once again confirmed it: "The elections were held in very transparent conditions."
Kocaman also noted that the holding of these parliamentary elections for the first time in Karabakh, which was freed from occupation, is a historical milestone: "This is history. Hopefully, we will always see Azerbaijan on the path of development."
