No reports of Azerbaijani citizens among Turkey earthquake casualties

The hotline created in connection with the earthquake continues to operate at the Azerbaijani Embassy in Turkey.

Report's Turkish bureau said that representatives of the respective government structures and media had contacted the hotline to learn more about the situation.

According to the information, the Embassy did not receive any appeal from the citizens. The Turkish side did not provide any information about the presence of Azerbaijani citizens among casualties: "The Embassy is regularly contacting the Turkish Emergency Management Agency. The list of Azerbaijani citizens registered in the area will be prepared within a day."

The Emergency Management Agency said the epicenter of the underground shock that hit the area at 20.55 local time was close to Sivrice.
