​Newly appointed Ambassador of Switzerland to Azerbaijan arrives in October

Baku. 16 September. REPORT.AZ/ The mane of the new Ambassador of Switzerland to Azerbaijan was announced.

Report was by the current Ambassador of Switzerland Pascal Abisher who completes his mission in Baku, he will be succeeded by Philip Stadler.

According to Mr. Abisher, the new ambassador will arrive in Baku in early October and start his diplomatic mission after presenting his credentials to the Foreign Minister and the President of Azerbaijan.

Stadler previously served as Deputy Ambassador of Switzerland in Greece.

Abisher worked as Ambassador of Switzerland to Azerbaijan since 2013. He received a new appointment as the ambassador of Switzerland to Belarus.
