"Early parliamentary elections taking place in Azerbaijan are well organized," said member of the Moldovan Parliament and CIS Interparliamentary Assembly Fyodor Gagauz .

"In my opinion, Azerbaijan organized all the electoral process systematically. There were plenty of observers at all the polling stations we visited," the Moldovan MP said.
