“Uzbekistan cherishes the relations of traditional friendship, trust and mutual understanding with Azerbaijan. They are based on common spiritual values, religion, similar culture and language,” President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev said June 21 in a joint statement with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, Report informs.
