"The claims that Armenian residents are blockaded, and humanitarian disaster was created in the region as a result of blocking of Lachin road by Azerbaijani side are completely unfounded, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, said in a telephone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Estonia, Urmas Reinsalu, Report informs.
Bayramov informed his counterpart about the free movement of vehicles through the road.
