Azerbaijan does not accept the claims of Armenians regarding the humanitarian crisis in Karabakh, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said at a press conference about the results of 2022.
According to him, Russia suggested that the issue of the status of Karabakh be left to future generations:
"We have stated that this proposal is unacceptable to us. We must be based on international law."
