National leader Heydar Aliyev saved Azerbaijan from a socio-political crisis, Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry tweeted on the occasion of June 15 - National Salvation Day, Report informs.

“Today is June 15 - National Salvation Day. With his return to power, the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people, Heydar Aliyev, saved our country from the socio-political crisis, laid an unshakable foundation for development, and further strengthened our statehood. Happy National Salvation Day!” reads the tweet.
