Iran is a neighboring country. Azerbaijan has always been interested in the positive development of relations with Iran, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov told journalists, Report informs.
He noted that tensions have recently arisen between the parties: "There are serious reasons for this. We positively assess the visit of the Iranian foreign minister. During it, we had the opportunity to discuss the normalization of relations. Azerbaijan will also take adequate steps."
