Azerbaijan's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jeyhun Bayramov, is participating in the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) in Moscow.
According to Report's Russian bureau, Minister Bayramov is scheduled to deliver a speech during the meeting and engage in high-level discussions with his counterparts from other CIS nations.
Prior to the start of the meeting, the foreign ministers posed for a joint photo. The ministers then proceeded to a limited-format session, closed to the press.
A plenary session is set to take place at 14:00 Baku time, followed by a joint press conference featuring Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and CIS General Secretary Sergey Lebedev.
