The meeting of the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia as part of the CIS ministerial council in Moscow is not planned at the moment, Armenian Foreign Minister Ara Ayvazyan has said at a session of the standing parliamentary commission on external ties, Report informs, citing TASS.
"On April 1, I am leaving for Moscow to join the meeting of the council of foreign ministers of the CIS member-states. At the moment, no trilateral or bilateral meeting [with the Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan] is planned. However, during the session, naturally, there will be the meetings with various partners," he noted.
Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson, Maria Zakharova, said that Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov would meet with the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia on the sidelines of the meeting of the CIS Foreign Ministers Council.
